Yes. Any handle with a backplate can have a keyhole. It will be important for you to indicate the distance from the handle lever to the center of the keyhole.

On each handle with backplate page, you will see the option to add the keyhole service so that we can punch it for you. Make sure the "keyhole" option is added to your order.
